Arbitration and ADR

Domestic and international commercial arbitration, emergency interim relief, award challenges, enforcement, and court-annexed mediation.

Practice Overview & Judicial Context

Nature of the Practice

Arbitration is faster than court only when it is set up properly. Far too many arbitrations in India become protracted because the underlying dispute resolution clause was drafted carelessly or because early procedural opportunities were missed. At MR Legal Solutions, we approach arbitration with transactional foresight and trial rigour. We represent clients from the preliminary drafting of dispute resolution clauses through Section 9 interim measures before the High Court, Section 11 arbitrator appointment petitions, the full conduct of arbitral references, and post-award Section 34 challenge and Section 36 enforcement proceedings.
